We want you to like ButterySpace. If you don't, we'll refund you. Here's how it works.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you bought a ButterySpace license and you've used it less than 14 days, we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked. Email refunds@butteryspace.com with the receipt or the email you used at checkout.

What's not refundable

• Consumable in-app currency (gold packs, season passes) after it's been spent. Unspent gold is refundable within 14 days.
• Any purchase older than 14 days, unless required by applicable law.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. license-key sharing).

Disputes and chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback — it's almost always faster. Disputes filed without contacting us first will result in immediate role and entitlement revocation, and we may decline to do business again in future.

Process

1. Email refunds@butteryspace.com with your receipt or purchase email.
2. We confirm the purchase and process the refund through Stripe, typically within 2 business days.
3. Funds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Your @Customer Discord role is removed; your account reverts to @Follower.

Boilerplate notice: 14 days is the policy we recommend, but check your jurisdiction — EU/UK consumers have a statutory 14-day "right to withdraw" for digital products that hasn't been waived; some other regions require longer windows. A lawyer should confirm.
